Twisted Sister
Ray Hobbs novels are captivating, mysterious, unpredictable, enlightening, but most importantly these novels remind you of someone you may know. And it bothers you because you cannot put your finger on that one person that keeps popping up in your mind. It is nerve rattling and wakes you up in the middle of the night.

The Curse
Very few people ever give much thought about curses and all that dark stuff that bedtime stories are made of. Most people do not allow themselves to even entertain the thought that such things would exist, until something strange happens in their life. They are sitting at a stoplight in a trance and then the horns start honking, waking them up.

Park Hill
It was the perfect little community nestled in a corner of a busy growing city where the edges of ethnicity crossed and blurred boundaries. As quiet as it was kept it worked and everyone existed in peace and harmony or at least that was the appearance many outsiders garnered. Behind the closed doors and the six foot high hedges were the same secrets that many held on the other side of town, the more affluent side of town.

My Blessed Life
To simply say that my life ws blessed without further explanation would be a grave injustice to all who played a role in it. Certainly my siblings, mt parents, childhood friends and extended relatives contributed in more ways than I could make note of here. Still, there were a few people and a few incidents or memories that stood out more than others, some people more unforgettable than others..
